We’re a South Coast hospitality business with over a decade of experience bringing handcrafted, fire-led food to the UK festival circuit. What began with a homemade pizza oven has grown into a thriving pizzeria and a multi-concept festival operation capable of serving tens of thousands of customers each season.

Our pizza begins with dough we make fresh on-site every day using just flour, sea salt, and water — nothing else. It’s fermented for at least 24 hours, creating a dough that’s light, flavourful, and naturally easy to digest.
Each pizza is:

Blast-cooked at 450°C+ in wood-fired ovens

It Starts With the Smoke
At BBQ Burger Bros, everything revolves around real wood and long cooking times. Our oak smoker runs day and night back-of-house, slow-smoking:
Brisket for 12+ hours
Outdoor-reared pork until tender and pull-apart soft
Every rub, sauce, pickle, slaw, and marinade is made from scratch — no shortcuts.
Farm-Raised Quality
Our meats come from Fossil Farm on the Jurassic Coast — outdoor-reared, hand-selected, and butchered by Jurassic Coast Farm Shop.
Angus beef grazed for 18 months, dry-aged 28 days
Outdoor-reared pork smoked low and slow
